Refund Policy

Overview

At BOP HOUSE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a comprehensive refund and return policy outlined below.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at orders@bophouse.com with your order number
  2. Provide the reason for return and any relevant photos if the item is damaged
  3. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Ship the item back to us using the provided return label

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 48 hours.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at orders@bophouse.com and send your item to the address we provide.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are covered by BOP HOUSE for defective or incorrectly shipped items. For all other returns, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if initially paid by us) will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
  3. Contact your bank (processing times vary)
  4. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at orders@bophouse.com

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at orders@bophouse.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
