DMCA Compliance Statement
BOP HOUSE respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512) ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the BOP HOUSE website (the "Site") that are reported to our designated copyright agent identified below.
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on this Site, please notify our copyright agent as set forth in the DMCA. For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information in writing:
- An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located on the Site (please provide URL)
- Your address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf

Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
Counter-Notification Procedures
If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the content, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to our copyright agent:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the content
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of federal court in the United States, and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement
If a counter-notice is received by our copyright agent, BOP HOUSE may send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party informing that person that it may replace the removed content or cease disabling it in 10 business days.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, BOP HOUSE has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at BOP HOUSE's sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. BOP HOUSE may also at its sole discretion limit access to the Site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
Copyright Complaints
BOP HOUSE respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide BOP HOUSE's copyright agent with the information specified above. Please be advised that to be effective, your notice must comply with all of the requirements set forth in this policy.
Modifications to Policy
BOP HOUSE reserves the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this Site. Your continued use of this Site following the posting of changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
Good Faith Belief
When we receive proper notification of claimed copyright infringement, we will respond expeditiously by removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material and will follow the procedures specified in the DMCA to resolve the claim.
No Duty to Monitor
BOP HOUSE is not obligated to monitor or screen content posted by users to the Site for copyright infringement. It is the policy of BOP HOUSE, however, to investigate and respond to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws.
